MediaGrab provides a free online tool allowing users to download and backup media content from social media platforms. The Service processes user-provided URLs to fetch and deliver media files. It is provided "as is" without warranties.

• Personal archival only: Use MediaGrab to backup your own content or content you have permission to download.
• Respect copyright: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright laws and platform terms.
• No redistribution: Downloaded content should not be re-uploaded or used commercially without authorization.
• No abuse: Do not use bots or scripts to overload the Service. Rate limiting may apply.

MediaGrab does not claim ownership over downloaded content. All content remains property of original creators. The MediaGrab brand and code are our intellectual property.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: ensuring legal rights to download content, complying with all applicable laws, and understanding that MediaGrab is a tool — responsibility for content use lies with you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MediaGrab is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy of downloads, or compatibility with platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaGrab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Data Processing

URLs are processed ephemerally. Downloaded files are temporarily stored and automatically deleted within one hour. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Third-Party Services

MediaGrab interacts with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use is subject to those platforms' terms.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

We may terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
